It did take newegg about 24hrs to send me the activation code so heads up. The one activation code they send works for both. With this download you'll receive links to download both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions of the software. I don't feel like I'm constantly battling the software to do things like I do with other drawing software. I doesn't seem to inhibit my creativity like lots of other software - very intuitive. I haven't yet scratched the surface of what this software can do, but I can say from using other illustrator software that this is by far the easiest to use and so far has all the features I need.
